Position Summary:

Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Do you want to play a crucial role in helping dealers improve their phone services and boost revenue? CallRevu is seeking energetic individuals to join us as Regional Sales Managers (RSM). As an RSM, you'll have access to cutting-edge technology and a dedicated support team to guide you every step of the way.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities nationwide through various methods, including cold calls, emails, and prompt lead response.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to meet established sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to create sales strategies targeting dealer groups, OEMs, ad agencies, and similar partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing new products.
  • Provide product and pricing information, preparing and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and work with the team to develop plans to close deals.
  • Proactively visit and follow up with existing customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Support internal stakeholders in the customer journey to ensure a seamless launch and onboarding experience, increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and partner with internal teams to resolve them effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with various teams to ensure customers are progressing in their sales process and receiving excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Proven sales ability, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
  • Ability to develop a defined territory through outbound and B2B prospecting, coupled with various marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of automotive dealership culture, with the ability to make presentations to key stakeholders and groups.

  • May require travel up to 40% of the time.
