POSITION SUMMARY

CallRevu is looking for an experienced marketing expert to join our growing organization as the Senior Director of Marketing.  The ideal candidate is an executor and innovator, focused on implementing marketing strategies to engage and persuade existing and potential customers to buy.  The Senior Director of Marketing will bring an extensive toolkit and experiences to help CallRevu elevate and amplify our brand to achieve our aggressive growth goals.  This strategic role will work closely with Sales leadership team to drive awareness, demand, and image to captive and capture customers attention and convince them to buy, now!  You will be responsible for bringing innovation to the table with new ideas on how best to execute and stretch our limited resources for the greatest impact.  Working with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will work across the organization to ensure brand alignment in everything CallRevu does so we are One Team, One Message, One Voice.   This is a hands-on, engaging role that drives campaigns from strategy to roll out, backed by a passion for measuring, monitoring, reporting and remediating issues for constant improvement.    


A Typical Week May Look Like:
 

Marketing Strategy and Development 

  • Develops and implements all strategic marketing plans (in consultation with ELT and Sales Leadership) to support CallRevu’s strategies and objectives.   
  • Directs all marketing campaigns. 
  • Effectively brands CallRevu in everything we do to elevate and amplify our voice. 
  • Develops and maintains marketing/promotional calendar for marketing campaigns, programs, new product introductions, and any other marketing projects.  
  • Establishes policies, procedures, and practices to ensure marketing efforts are consistent across the organization. 
  • Partners with the ELT and sales leadership team to develop sales forecasting and product branding plans, as well as assists with retail pricing structure for all products. 
  • Develops and oversees social media marketing plans and campaigns to target the desired audience.  This includes developing and managing posts, blogs, email campaigns, etc.     
  • Develops, oversees, and approves all digital marketing. 
  • Manages all vendor relations, including selection, contract negotiation, and oversight of output.   

Market Research and Analysis 

  • Conducts and oversees market research, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and keeps a continuous pulse on what the competition is doing through competitor analysis and research.   
  • Provides research reports and analysis of trends to the ELT and departmental leadership to keep them abreast of trends and changes in the market. 
  • Oversees the operation and maintenance of CallRevu’s website and Hubspot email marketing program and provides analytical review and reporting on outcomes. 

Marketing Collateral and Event Management 

  • Partners with the ELT and departmental leadership to develop all content for marketing materials and campaigns. 
  • Manages and oversees creation of all presentation materials and templates (i.e. PowerPoint slide decks) and ensures all CallRevu employees are using the appropriate materials to support brand recognition. 
  • Manages marketing collateral to ensure correct materials are being distributed to existing and potential clients.  
  • Identifies tradeshows to attend that align with CallRevu’s initiatives and strategies to support revenue growth and brand presence in the market.   
  • Executes all planning for tradeshows, including, but not limited to, registration, booth design and placement, booth vendors, collateral for shows, videos for shows, and targeted attendee lists to align with desired outcome/marketing plan for the show.  Attends all tradeshows to ensure execution goes as planned and troubleshoots as necessary.  

Leadership  

  • Provides leadership to inspire and support the marketing team to design, development, and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and enhance product knowledge for existing and potential customers. 
  • Ensures alignment to CallRevu’s Mission, Vision, and Values to meet organizational goals.  
  • Offers expert advice to the ELT and departmental leadership on advertising, public relations, social media strategies, and event management. 
  • Manages agency providers, vendors, consultants, freelancers, and other partners to ensure output aligns with agreed upon terms and assignment/project parameters.  
  • Collaborates with peers and colleagues in other departments to improve CallRevu’s operations.    
Is This You: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field of study. 
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, including project management, content development and design, marketing strategy and implementation, and budget management with proven ability in B2B marketing strategy and design to support a technology sales organization. 
  • Solid understanding of the automotive dealership industry and culture with the ability to build targeted marketing strategies and plans.   
  • Experience with brand creation to drive an experience, including design direction across different functional channels within the organization (i.e. sales, engineering/tech, HR, etc.).   
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing through social media channels.  
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple programs and applications.   
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Energetic, go-getter with the ability to work both individually, as well as part of a team.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate the needs and direction of the customer base. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and respond to changing needs as they present in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Ability to travel 25% to 30%.
  • Ability to partner with multiple departments within the organizational to ensure cross-departmental communication and synergy. 
  • Ability to align with CallRevu’s Mission, Vision, Values, and goals to support the growth initiatives and organizational needs.
